Interior Decorating

Includes initial walkthrough, ongoing correspondence, layouts with selections discussed. 2-3 ideas for items of choice (ex. new fixtures, curtains, furniture, wallpaper, rugs options).

Home Staging

Staging your home is proven to sell a home 3 to 30 times faster than the non-staged competition. Furthermore, staging can help increase the sale price by up to 20%.

Option 1: A 45 minute on-site walkthrough to provide tips on walls to paint, places to declutter, arrangement of existing furniture, items to be sold or stored, etc.

Option 2: Individual room staging. Furnish only select rooms (i.e. kitchen, living room, primary suite/bath)

Option 3: Stage entire vacant home. All furniture and accessories will be provided to make house photo ready for MLS listing and showings.
